The Governor of Jammu and Kashmir has been given powers like Delhi LG
Just like Delhi has constitutional rights, Jammu and Kashmir will also be given powers like Delhi LG. Now the government will not be able to do transfers and postings without the Governor.
Jammu and Kashmir was reorganized so that more powers can be given to the Governor so that the government cannot take any illegal decision without the consent of the Governor, due to which the government there needs to take the advice of the Governor everywhere.

When elections will be held in Jammu and Kashmir, the Governor will be given more powers than the government. This Act has been implemented in Jammu and Kashmir. Now we are waiting for when the election process starts there.
Draupadi Murmu said that using Section 55 of (34 of 2019), the old rules will be amended and not only this, the governor will be given more powers than the government, so that the government formed there in future will have to take permission from the governor for all decisions, if this was not done, then the government there would have done its own arbitrary, so this rule was made to make it work and its advantage is that whatever government is formed there, it will inform the governor about small and big decisions and due to which as soon as the information reaches the governor, that information will be sent to Delhi so that our government can keep track of every moment.
These amended powers of the governor will be implemented from July 12, it was implemented yesterday on July 12, now whichever government will make its base in Jammu and Kashmir in future, it will be under the governor and not only this, the government there will also have to follow all the orders of the governor, without the permission of the governor, he cannot take any decision in any way.
