but PV Sindhu did not choose volleyball and chose badminton as her life’s basis because she was influenced by Pullela Gopichand. PV Sindhu first learned badminton under the guidance of Mehboob Ali at the Indian Railway Signal Engineering and Telecommunications Badminton Court in Secunderabad.

After that, she joined Pullela Gopichand’s Gopichand Badminton Academy because she was very impressed by him. She wanted to become a great badminton player like Pullela Gopichand. That’s why she joined him in the academy and started her training.

She played in Korea Open Super Series Premier in 2013 in which she lost, then after that she also played BWF World Junior Championship which was played in 2011, then she also came in China Open Super Series Premier in 2011 in which she qualified and then she also played semi-finals in 2012, then after that she reached Indonesia Open Super Series in which she was selected for Round 2 in 2012.

then after that Indian Open Super Series in which she also played semi-finals in 2010, then in 2011 she cracked round one, then in 2012 she also played quarter finals, then in 2013 she was selected for semi-finals, then she reached Japan Open Super Series in which she was selected for round two in 2012, then she also won silver medal in Dutch Open in 2011,

then she reached India Open Grass Pre Gold She played Round 2 in 2010, then she played Round 2 in 2011 as well and then she was silver medalist in 2012, then she won three consecutive medals, first was Malaysia Open Ground Premier Gold in which she won gold medal which was in 2013,

then she played BWF World Championship in which she won bronze medal in 2013 and then after that she won gold medal in Macau Open Badminton Championship which was in 2013, then she became the winner of Indian National Badminton Championship in 2013.
