Haryana Congress MLA arrested: This year, ED has arrested former INLD MLA Dilbagh Singh along with Haryana Congress MLA Surendra Pawar and his associates on charges of illegal mining.
ED team has arrested all the people involved in illegal mining, including Haryana Sonipat MLA Surendra Pawar. It has been told that Sonipat MLA Surendra Pawar was doing this illegal business on a large scale in Yamunanagar area. Surendra Pawar will be presented in Ambala court from where his punishment will be decided.
How much money was Surendra Pawar involved in illegal business?
It has been told that Surendra Pawar has done illegal mining worth about 400-500 crores through Yamunanagar syndicate, on the charges of which ED has arrested him.
Along with Dilbagh Singh and Surendra Pawar, ED raided 20 more places in which other people were also arrested.
Raids were conducted in illegal mining
In January this year, ED raided Faridabad, Sonipat, Yamunanagar, Chandigarh, Karnal and Mohali along with 20 other places in which they came across cases of illegal mining of stones and gravel, in which they immediately arrested the people present and also registered an FIR against them, Dilbagh Singh and Surendra Pawar were also included in this, due to this illegal business of these Congress leaders, it is creating a wrong perception among the people about their image.
Haryana Congress MLA arrested : What was recovered in the ED raid?
In this raid, ED recovered Rs 5.29 crore in cash, gold worth Rs 1.89 crore, and some illegal weapons. Due to not getting the news of ED raid, they were not able to hide any goods, due to which all these were found by ED, all these things have been seized by ED, ED will also present their report in the court.
