Big News Has Come Out Regarding The Decision To Release Arvind Kejriwal: Live Update News

In the case related to Kejriwal’s arrest, the Supreme Court said that this hearing will be done by a three-judge bench. Now this case is going to a larger bench for Arvind Kejriwal’s bail.

ED has referred this case to a larger bench of the Supreme Court. Recently, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been in the news for the liquor scam. Till the three-judge bench of the Supreme Court hears this case, Arvind Kejriwal has been granted interim bail.

Will Arvind Kejriwal come out of jail with interim bail?

Kejriwal will not be able to come out of jail with interim bail. Until he is granted bail by three benches of the Supreme Court, he will not be able to be released.

The court had also said that we cannot order him to leave his post due to his arrest, if he himself wants, he can resign from his post. The court said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has spent more than 90 days in jail, now whether he resigns from his post or not will be his own choice, the court cannot give any kind of decision in this.

Under which section was Arvind Kejriwal arrested?

The court had cited the rights of ED under section 19 and 45 of PMLA due to which he had to go to jail and he has not been released yet.

The CBI case will be heard in Delhi High Court on July 17, and only after this case will it be known whether Kejriwal will be released or not, Arvind Kejriwal’s party’s big leader Sanjay Singh tweeted that till when will you be able to imprison the truth by filing false cases and he also showed this to Modi ji and said that the whole country is watching your dictatorship.

Arvind Kejriwal was granted bail by the Supreme Court on 10 May for his election campaign, then he surrendered on 2 June and went back to jail. Before that, the Delhi High Court had rejected his petition challenging his arrest. After this, Kejriwal approached the Supreme Court and was granted bail for his election campaign.
