Who doesn’t know Pooja Khedkar who was in the news recently, she had presented through her fake documents that she is mentally challenged, along with this another scam of hers has also come to light, the documents which Pooja Khedkar had given to the Appellate Tribunal in 2020 and then in 2023, there was a difference of three years in those details but only one year difference was shown in her age.

Pooja Khedkar had also claimed to be mentally challenged but she did not get any medical checkup done to confirm it and after allegations were made against her, the government had also ordered her to go to Delhi AIIMS and get a medical checkup done, but she did not go there and get the checkup done, not only this, she has been ordered for checkup many times but she has not presented herself there even once, but she went to some external medical college and got her MRI scan done and submitted it but UPSC did not accept it.
Pooja Khedkar had given the exam under the disabled category and she also got savings under the disabled category due to which she was able to occupy this seat. Another thing that has come to light about Pooja Khedkar is that she had used different names.
Pooja Khedkar also used fake names
Pooja Khedkar had also used different names, in 2020 she used the name of Khedkar Pooja Dilip Rao and in 2023 she used the name of Pooja Manorama Dilip Khedkar. A thorough investigation is underway on the allegations of Pooja Khedkar misrepresenting herself under the PwBD and OBC category to pass the civil examination. She was also posted in Pune area of Maharashtra where she is accused of misusing her position, due to which that action is also being taken against her.
Pooja Khedkar Medical Fraud
Dr Arvind Bhore, Director of Kashibai Navale Medical College, Pune, Maharashtra, said that the medical fitness certificate given by Pooja Khedkar does not mention any kind of disability or physical or mental illness. Pooja Khedkar told the media that I will testify before the committee. I think whatever decision the committee takes will be accepted by everyone, so neither I nor you can do anything in this.
