In the Education Budget 2024, a big announcement was made for education, skill development and employment, in which she told the main provisions
- Provision of 1.48 lakh crores for education, skill development and employment this year.
- Provision of additional salary for first time job for women.
- Also proposed amendment in the model skill loan scheme of 50 students every year.
She announced three more schemes for employment promotion, Scheme A, Scheme B, Scheme C
Scheme A: Those persons who have got employment for the first time, their monthly salary of Rs 15 thousand will be given to the employees registered in EPFO ​​in 3 installments.
Scheme B: Incentives will be given to the employer as per the EPFO ​​contribution made by the employee before getting the job.
Scheme C: EPFO ​​contribution up to Rs. 3000 per month will be reimbursed to each employee for 2 years.
